Cascais

The town of Cascais is a very popular holiday destination close to the to the city of Lisbon. It is a picturesque fishing town, and resort long-standing popular with royalty and the Portuguese aristocracy. There is a modern cultural centre with traditional theatres and a large array of national and international restaurants. This is the main town where Golfers stay while on Golfing holidays on the Lisbon coast with plenty courses in the area. |

Estoril

The town of Estoril has eight superb golf courses to choose from. It’s approximately half an hour from Lisbon’s International Airport, and offers good weather all year round. The Golf courses in the region are designed by the world’s most famous architects to satisfy the demanding Golfer, and a wonderful varied coastline. The largest casino in Europe is located here and with excellent hotels and restaurants. |

Sintra

The town of Sintra located near the city of Lisbon is a UNESCO World Heritage Site on account of its 19th century Romantic architecture. Sintra has become a major tourist attraction, with many day-trippers visiting from nearby Lisbon. Attractions include the fabulous Pena Palace (19th c.). The area very close to the eight Golf courses on the Lisbon coast.

The city has taken its traditional charms the friendliness of its people, its buzzing nightlife, the splendour of its natural setting.In 1994, the city was proclaimed European City of Culture. Lisbon's superb natural setting, spread across seven hills and hugging the banks of the wide River Tagus. The city is vibrant, cosmopolitan with plenty of bars, night clubs and restaurants and very close to the Golf courses in the Lisbon region.

Obidos

The town of Óbidos is located on a hill and is still encircled by a fortified wall. The well-preserved mediaeval look of its streets, squares. walls and its massive castle have turned the picturesque village into a preferred tourist attraction in Portugal. The famous Praia del Rey Golf resort and Spa Hotel is located in this area and the new Bom Sucesso Golf course is very near to the town.

Turcifal

The area of Turcifal 20 minutes drive north of Lisbon Airport the location of the Westin Campo Real Golf and Spa resort which is designed by Donald Steel and was opened in May 2005 It is also an ideal area to play the Golden Eagle Golf course and Praia del Rey Golf course in Obidos and the new Bom Sucesso Golf course. It’s also with easy reach of the golf courses on the Lisbon, cascais coast the beach is 17kms to the west at Ericeira. |

Seisembra

An attractive fishing village only 40kms south from Lisbon City surrounded by the Arrabida Natural Park with miles of beach perfect for the sun-worshipper.
