Seignosse is one of the world's top 100 golf courses,laying in the region of Les Landes close to the ocean on high land
surrounded by pine forest, all holes wind their way up and down and
around pine trees. An ample scattering of strategically placed water
hazards
with elevated tees and spectacular roller coaster
fairways - raised difficult slopey greens adds to the test and it is
incredibly scenic at
all times.
Some very expensive real estate now on the fringes of the
course but well back from the holes.Seignosse is indeed a gem - it is also
next
to its own hotel a 3 star offering free golf and is is
included in the superb 5 round Biarritz golf pass, a must play if you are
staying in Biaritz
which is about 40 minutes away.
