1. Why should I book with Golfholidaygroup.com?
We have negotiated large discounts on Hotels, Apartments, Villas, Coach transfers and Green fees with most of the finest golf courses in Portugal, Spain, France Turkey, Ireland and Myrtle Beach South Carolina. You can save money and time by booking with us. A deposit of 50 Euro per person to secure your Golf Holiday Package and full payment due 5 weeks before departure.

2. Your Guarantee when Booking with us?
We are Fully Licensed and Bonded By the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation License No. T.A. 0640. We are also a member IAGTO International Association of Golf Tour Operator membership number 1314.

3. When do you get your Travel Documents?
Once you have made your booking you will be emailed a confirmation Invoice. We will send your travel documents on receipt of the final payment.

4. Do I need to sign up or become member?
You don't need to sign up or become a member to benefit from our Golf Holiday packages.

5. Can I change my tee time after confirmation?
Within reason we will change your Golf Holiday package the relevant charges maybe be applicable Airlines normally charge for a date change.

6. Can we arrange Flights?
We can arrange Flights for your Golf Society, corporate group our individual bookings let us know your requirements. We are Fully Licensed and Bonded By the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation License No. T.A. 0640.

7. Teetimes?
It is the responsibility of the player to be on time for the tee time, failure to arrive on time may result in the course official refusing to let the player / players on the course. The golf course is under no obligation to allocate a new starting time or refund the Greenfee.

8. Do you give group discounts?

9. Do I need a Handicap Certificate?
It is advisable that you have a valid handicap certificate. Most golf courses will ask you to present a valid handicap certificate before play.

10. What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
Any Client intending to cancel, must notify Golfholidaygroup.com in writing immediately. Cancellations more than 5 weeks before departure date will make the Client liable for 50% of the full Invoice amount. If cancellation occurs less than 5 weeks before departure, cancellation charge will be for the full Invoice amount.

11. Do we charge a booking fee, credit card fee?
We charge 1.75% on all credit card purchases no charge on laser cards, cheques or cash.

12. Travel Insurance?
We strongly recommend that all Golfers and non Golfers to have Travel Insurance before travel, with the option of taking Golf cover as an added option. Call for further details from 20 Euro for normal insurance and 30 Euro with Golf cover for one week.
